The Most interesting phone of 2011

Quite a lot of people seem to have thought that the Nokia N9 is the most interesting phone of 2011. In this article the writer goes on to talk of  how he/she would take the N9 over the much anticipated iPhone 5 purely because he/she is curious about the phone ,admitting that its programmes might not be as advanced as that of the iPhone of Samsung Galaxy. The phone is run on a system called “MeeGo OS 1.2;” which is an open source operating system.

It is said that this “MeeGo OS 1.2;” system isn’t quite as advanced as that of the other androids but it had one unique feature which is tri-screening. This enables the user to have navigation, and app and another open and viewable on the same page at any one time. Another reason why this phone would be interesting is that it seems to have the best quality camera of all of the smartphones. It has an 8 megapixel camera with a “Carl Zeiss” lens. Which is so good that “you’ll forget that you even had a stand-alone digital camera 99% of the time”.

The article ends with saying that the nokia N9 might not be the most advanced from on the market but it’s certainly made out to be the most interesting of all the androids.

I found this article very interesting for a number of reasons. My first would be that I had no idea about this phone and form reading this article I am definitely interested about the Nokia N9 and would love to try one out. My second reason for finding this interesting would be that I would find this tri-screen operating system very useful if I had this phone. For you could be using an app to check the weather, your email, and be  being told when to take a turn right from the navigation which I think would be very useful rather than having to switch between all three over and over.

Overall I think this phone is very appealing and as a non-android owner I don’t know much about the phones but I feel that from this also with a little more looking into the phone specs I would definitely consider purchase of this phone. Here is a link of the webpage.

  2. That looks lovely, I'd well rob one of those off someone vulnerable if I didn't already have an iPhone.
